By visiting cadsprotraining.com or enrolling in any Cadspro Training Centre course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.

• Enrolment is confirmed only after fee receipt and a signed enrolment form.
• Batch allocation depends on availability; preferred slots cannot always be guaranteed.
• Students must provide accurate ID and educational qualification details.
• Demo classes are free and carry no enrolment obligation.

• Course fees are quoted at the time of counselling and apply to that batch only. Fees may change for subsequent batches.
• EMI options may be available — confirm with the front desk at enrolment.
• All fees are inclusive of taxes unless explicitly noted.

The Cadspro refund policy is shared in full at the time of enrolment. The typical structure includes a cooling-off window measured from enrolment with a deduction of administrative charges, no refund after course commencement past the first month, and partial refund only in cases of institute-side cancellation. Final wording is confirmed with Cadspro management at enrolment — please ask the counsellor for the current version before signing.

• All course material — slides, lab files, brochures, videos and demo projects — is the intellectual property of Cadspro Training Centre or its respective licensors (e.g., Dassault Systèmes for SolidWorks material).
• Students may use course material for personal learning. Resale, redistribution or public hosting of course material is not permitted.
• Student-created project work belongs to the student; Cadspro may showcase it (with credit) on /gallery, /testimonials and social channels unless the student opts out in writing.

• Respect peers, faculty and centre staff.
• No cheating, plagiarism or sharing of certification credentials.
• Lab equipment to be used responsibly; damages may be charged at cost.
• Cadspro reserves the right to discontinue enrolment for serious or repeated breaches.

Course completion certificates are issued only on successful completion of the course (attendance, assessments and project submissions as applicable). See /certificate for details.

• Information on cadsprotraining.com is provided for general guidance; current fees, batch dates and curriculum should be confirmed by phone before enrolling.
• Embedded third-party services (Google Maps, video providers) are governed by their own terms.
• Cadspro is not liable for losses arising from reliance on outdated content; please call to verify.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadspro's total liability arising out of any course or website use shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
